Step into calm and reconnect with yourself in this immersive 2 hour Sound Bath experience designed for deep relaxation and grounding.
Each session begins with gentle breathwork and guided meditation, helping you settle and release tension before being enveloped in a 60–75-minute sound journey of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and tuned pipes. As the vibrations flow through you, the body softens, the mind quiets, and a sense of inner stillness unfolds.
You’ll then be guided gradually back to awareness through gentle breathing and stretching, before closing with time to reflect and enjoy light refreshments, allowing you to absorb the experience and leave grounded and calm.
The space engages every sense, with aurora-style lighting and the subtle scent of soothing incense, creating an atmosphere that feels safe, warm, and deeply restorative.
What’s provided: mats, blankets, pillows, and optional eye masks. You’re welcome to bring extra layers for comfort or a chair if you prefer to sit.
