What is Sound Therapy?

Sound Therapy involves the use of specially selected instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and vocal toning to create harmonious vibrations that interact with the body's natural energy systems.

These instruments produce frequencies that are felt and heard by the body. Since everything in the universe, including our cells, organs, and emotions, vibrates at a specific frequency, dis-ease or imbalance can be seen as a form of disharmony. Sound therapy aims to restore that natural harmony.
